Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping
Packages will be shipped out within 3-5 regular business days (or sooner) for in-stock items. Made to order items may take 7-12 business days. Weekends and major holidays are not included as regular business days.
Candle orders will be shipped so that the package is always moving during transit. This helps the candle be protected from extreme heat and extreme cold. We do not ship candles in temperatures above 90 degrees F and temperatures below 17 degrees F.
Shipping rates are based on the amount ordered. Sales $0-$100 ship for $10, $100-$250 ship for $18, and orders over $250 ship for $30.
Local/Curbside Pickup
Available at 113 W Main Street, Berne, IN Monday-Saturday during regular business hours. If you'd like curbside pickup, please call the store at 260-589-5924 and we will bring it out to you.
Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of the original receipt and tags for store credit only. We have the right to refuse any return if the item is used or broken. All Ambre products are marked as All Sales Final.
Lost Package
Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to the destination will be reshipped once the original package has been determined undeliverable. Our first goal is to locate the original package.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when the incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any packages returned to us that are deemed undeliverable will be re-shipped to the customer at their expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing packages that show delivered.
Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact info@lastingliteemporium within 2 days of receiving your item(s). Please include a picture of the item(s) in question as well as a picture of the box that it was delivered in. Please include your full name and order number for reference. We are not responsible for item damages that have occurred after the item has been used.
If you were sent incorrect items or are missing an item from your order, please contact us at info@lastingliteemporium.com. We will respond to emails during regular business hours.
